聚合硫酸铝是一种白色或淡绿黄色片状物，主要用于饮用水净化和污水的絮凝沉淀中，也可用于造纸业的纸张增光剂和硬度助剂、着色剂和消泡剂等。
Ferric chloride solid is reddish brown and soluble in water. The aqueoussolution is acidic and has an oxidative corrosion effect on the metal.When ferricchloride is diluted with water, iron hydroxide precipitates after hydrolysis, which hasstrong cohesion.
Can be used for the purification of drinking water and the purification of wastewater. Oxidants and mordants for dyestuffs,catalysts and oxidants for organic synthesis. It can also be used as an etchant for radio printed circuit and stainless steeletching industry. Adaptable to a wide range of water pH value, 4 to 12, the best pH range of6 to 10.
